Quick Dam's 6" x 17 ft. Flood Barrier QD617-1 is an easy-to-use solution for controlling and diverting problem flood water. When activated, the inner absorbent turns to gel, quickly growing to full 3-1/2 in. height in a matter of minutes, forming a compact and lightweight barrier that blocks and diverts up to 3-1/2 in. of water. It can also be stacked like a pyramid, attached with a smaller wedge to prevent it from rolling out of position. Ideal for flood control, erosion control, ballistic protection, water removers, ballasts, and more. No sand needed. Leave in place for months of ongoing protection. Not for use with salt water.
